Notes on using our technical service

Our service is free of charge if one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • You have a software care or maintenance contract that includes the free use of our hotline.
  • It is a warranty case / error in our software.
  • You have organisational questions about the processing of a service case.

Of course, our service is also available for other problems.

In this case, this service is subject to a charge and it will be invoiced as follows:
The first 30 minutes with 65,- Euro, thereafter each 10 minutes or part thereof with 20,- Euro.
